The location of this venue is great, very close to Oroville and the city center, and I liked that the room had two queen beds.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, beautiful, it had a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area. Its bed was comfortable and the bathroom - clean. The staff was very professional, doing great job. Location: the hotel was not far from which is a main drag in Chico. Local fast food option Carl's Jr was 5 minutes walk away.

The location was perfect, right next to Oroville and Chico. the Esplanade is a main street in Chico, convenient for getting around. - the staff were all very professional. - the rooms were comfortable and had 2 queen beds, which was great.

The hotel in Chico was great at an off-brand property. The booked room was clean and impressive. The setting was decent and unbeatable, close to the main drag in Chico. The venue is conveniently located only 2 miles away from Senator Theatre.

Convenient location, close to downtown and Chico State. Clean room, comfortable bed, and effective air-conditioning. Enjoyed swimming in the pool after a long drive and party. Great breakfast at nearby "Italian Cottage" restaurant.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Firstly, the value for money was excellent. Considering the prices, I was not expecting such attention to detail. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and professional, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, made for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location on the Esplanade was fantastic, with great views of the trucks in the parking lot and easy access to some decent restaurants. I also loved the convenience of having breakfast at the "Italian Cottage" across the street.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its budget-friendly prices. The staff at this hotel are attentive and provide excellent service throughout your stay. The rooms, while located in an old chest of drawer unit, are comfortable and well-maintained. The location of this hotel is superb, with easy access to the ocean for some great views and plenty of decent restaurants nearby. Plus, breakfast at the "Italian Cottage" across the street is a delicious bonus.

stayed at another chico motel before but this time at town house motel for golf trip. perfect location on esplanade, surrounded by trees, peaceful vibe. beds and sheets were comfortable, and there's a grassy area for my dog to walk. exceeded my expectations!

Noisy heater woke me up.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. The room was fantastic, even better than the pictures online. The bed was super comfy and the sheets were clean, which is always a plus. We also had plenty of parking available, which was convenient.

Convenient Location: This place is right in the middle of everything, with parking available for trucks. Plus, within a 15-minute walk, you can grab a bite at Carl's Jr. 🚶‍♂️
